Leicester Air Conditioning Services Ltd has grown significantly over recent years. What started as a man in a van once upon a time has become one of the leading air conditioning specialists in the region, with continued growth across both domestic and commercial sectors.📈

We're now looking for another engineer to join our team as we continue to expand. We're currently based in Birstall and are already preparing for our next stage of growth—moving into larger premises and expanding our team further. 🚀

🔧 The Role

The majority of your work will be domestic air conditioning installations, alongside commercial installations throughout Leicestershire and the surrounding areas. 🏙️

However, this is not purely an installation role. You will also be involved in servicing, maintenance, and breakdown work across our domestic and commercial customer base. 🛠️

We're looking for a well-rounded engineer who is comfortable:

Installing systems 🛠️
Carrying out planned maintenance visits 📋
Fault-finding and diagnosing issues when systems aren't operating as they should 🔍

You'll be trusted to work independently, solve problems, communicate professionally with customers, and deliver a consistently high standard of workmanship across every aspect of the role.🤝

📋 What We're Looking For

⏱️ Minimum 3 years' experience within the air conditioning industry.
📜 Valid F-Gas Certification.
🚗 Full UK Driving Licence.
🏗️ Strong installation experience.
🔧 Experience carrying out servicing, maintenance, and breakdown repairs.
💪 A strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
🔍 Excellent attention to detail.
🧠 The ability to think for yourself and take ownership of your work.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely cares about doing a good job. Skills can be taught. Attitude cannot.💯
